Notification of Poppy and Hemp Growers

Portal for electronic notification of sown areas, disposal and harvest

Dear Client!

Welcome to the system for electronic notification of opium poppy and industrial hemp growers!

From July 1, 2025, the notification obligation of opium poppy and industrial hemp growers is being transferred from the Customs Administration to the Central Institute for Supervising and Testing in Agriculture (ÚKZÚZ). The notification obligation for sowing (or disposal) carried out until June 30, 2025 was fulfilled by sending the notification to the Customs Office. From July 1, 2025, all further notifications (sowing, disposal, harvest) are submitted to ÚKZÚZ through electronic forms.

Notification submission can be carried out through electronic forms requiring login.
After filling out the online form, download the form data as a PDF file using the "Download Data" button and send it to ÚKZÚZ data box ID: ugbaiq7 or by email to podatelna@ukzuz.gov.cz, if you do not have a data box set up.
